Foyers

The "foyer" in a home is a place of welcome.  At St. Anne's, Foyer Groups are a way to make new friends and deepen relationships with those you may have known for years.  A Foyer Group is made up of eight to ten people who take turns gathering in each other's homes once a month to share a SIMPLE meal and relaxed conversation.  The groups meet about four to five times over the course of six months.

Singles, couples and families with children are all encouraged to participate.  You can choose an Adult Only experience or a group that's Family Flexible and may include children.  The next Foyer round will begin in the Fall.

Empty Nesters

The Empty Nesters meet on the fourth Sunday of the month, immediately following the 10:30 service.  Activities vary from a simple lunch and fellowship, to field trips to museums and other points of interest.  If you would like to experience the joy that emanates from this St. Anne's community, come see the pleasure of relationships being created and reconnected.

Seasonal Events

No matter what the season, there is always something fun and delicious happening at St. Anne's!  We kick off the school year with Start-up Sunday in September, featuring a Family Picnic and Ministry Fair.  The fall may find the ladies of St. Anne's gathering for a special Women's Dinner or all of the adults venturing off on a Progressive Dinner.  We celebrate the Christmas season with a Festival of Carols and Christmas Party.  Who knows?  St. Nick may even join us!  Don't forget to bring your favorite breakfast recipe to the Covered Dish Breakfast and December Blood Drive.  Easter morning heralds the Children's Egg Hunt and another Covered Dish Breakfast. Summer is welcomed with the Annual Founders Day Picnic.  As you can see, there's something for everyone, all year long.  Many hands make light work.  Just let us know how you'd like to participate and we'll find a job for you.

Saint Anne's Cooks is a group of dedicated volunteers (women and men) who come together to cook for seasonal parish events such as the Festival Sunday and Founder's Day Picnics, the Christmas Party, covered dish breakfasts and a variety of receptions throughout the year. The Cooks provide wonderful fellowship while preparing and sharing St. Anne's time honored recipes.  It's a very flexible group that enables volunteers to help when their schedule permits during one or several events.
